Responsibilities and duties

Develop strategies to drive growth within responsible accounts

Develop new contacts and pursue new business opportunities within customer base

Manage all commercial aspects such as sales forecasting, pricing, customer approvals for new products, and PO/payment collection in coordination with customer processes.

Survey customers for feedback on product portfolio and contribute to proposals for product development

Communicates with internal teams globally to coordinate account support.

Establishes strong relationships at all organizational levels within the customer base and understands customers’ processes, business drivers and organizational models.

Maintain A2MAC1 CRM platform to demonstrate key account activities, including growth plan, customer contacts and meetings, and accurately track performance to goal.

Understands the automotive industry and the customer’s organization and desired business outcomes.

Becomes an expert on A2Mac1 product offerings and partner capabilities relevant to assigned accounts.

Requirements

Experience in large account Sales / Business DevelopmentSoftware sales preffered

Experience in the Automotive or Benchmarking industry is a plus

Strong communication skills, enabling confident customer relationships

Presentation experience both virtual and in-office

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Contract negotiation and conflict resolution

Availability for remote-hybrid position with responsibilities occasionally in-office or on-site at the customer
