Responsibilities:
- Manage Client Accounts: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand Client Needs: Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives and challenges. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell relevant products and services.
- Upsell and Cross-sell: Strategically promote additional products or services to existing clients based on their needs and usage patterns. Drive revenue growth through upselling initiatives.
- Account Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop account strategies that align with clients' goals and objectives. Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve Issues: Address client concerns and issues promptly. Work with internal teams to find solutions that meet clients' needs and maintain satisfaction.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare regular reports on account status, including sales forecasts and opportunities for growth. Monitor key account metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or sales, with a track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving upselling targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and trends to make informed decisions. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Customer-Centric: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating value for clients.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales or account management are advantageous.
