• $1000 sign on bonus for licensed instructors

• Plus, an additional $1000 after completion of training period

• $500 sign on bonus for non-licensed applicants

• $17-$20 per hour depending on experience and instructor license

We are seeking career-minded, service-driven professionals to join our team as a Driving School Instructor. No experience necessary. Background in driving instruction, teaching, education or automotive industry is preferred.

This is not a 9-5 office position. If you like working outdoors and have a desire to make a difference in traffic safety in Southern California by shaping the habits and skills of new drivers, then we would like to hear from you.

You will schedule driving appointments and conduct learning activities including teen driver lessons and adult skills audits for older drivers. You will also be responsible for maintaining all records required by the state of California.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Candidates must be able to accommodate the availability of our students, which means working full time 5 days a week, working weekday schedules starting as late as 12pm during the school year, and teaching on at least one weekend day per week.

Selected candidate must have an excellent driving record and must take and pass a physical exam for licensing by the state as well as a background check and drug test.
