This position will offer Floating Support to our 11 AAA Car Care locations across the Northern Kentucky & Cincinnati market.

Floating Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor Repair Technicians, ensuring skill-appropriate task assignments.
- Verify accurate and professional completion of vehicle repairs, adhering to industry standards.
- Ensure clear communication between Car Care Center and customers, maintaining repair accuracy.
- Oversee adherence to AAA Car Care policies and procedures.
- Conduct tests to verify repairs and manage accurate paperwork completion.
- Assist in hiring, evaluating, and developing Repair Technicians and Service Advisors as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements for Success:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Automotive Technology Degree or ASE Certification is a plus!).
- 4 years’ experience in the automotive repair industry.
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the USA.
- Ability to pass Pre-Employment Screenings (background check and drug screening).
