Human Resources Recruiter
We are looking a recruiter to our LA office. The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates to hiring managers. They will manage a handful of open positions and fill them for need.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Recruiting Sources (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal skills for connecting with management team and potential candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and present candidates to hiring managers.
- Compose and maintain job descriptions in our applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Conduct phone, video and/or on-site interviews with candidates.
- Regularly meets with hiring managers to discuss hiring needs and position requirements.
- Sources candidate from resume databases to increase candidate flow.
- Confers with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
- Reviews applications and conduct phone interviews to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position.
- Performs reference and background checks on applicants.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
