What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher Customer Service Representative position at AAA Heating & Air?
We are seeking a Dispatcher Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by intaking customer information and scheduling appointments for our in field technicians. Qualified applicants should be available to work M-F as well as every other Saturday.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Schedule appointments based on geographical location and level of priority
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of scheduling and multi-line phone systems
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields a plus
- Previous dispatch / scheduling experience required - at least 1 year
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
