Data Analyst

Summary

Analyzes data across multiple business units to gain a holistic view of the Association. Designs, executes, and delivers strategic analytics and insights. Develops data driven insights that can be used to drive new strategies and business decisions. Presents internal and market data using industry knowledge & expertise that supports strategic decision-making.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Works with assigned business lines to gather requirements, analyze information, and report insights in a way that is clear, understandable and actionable. 
• Delivers insights to stakeholders that focus on solving business challenges and improving KPIs for assigned business lines.
• Provides ongoing analytical insights as a decision-making tool. 
• Manages assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery of products and services to stakeholders. 
• Assists with activities for multiple projects, interfacing with the customer, technology team and participating clubs/partners to ensure that projects meet established business objectives and standards of technical quality.
• Participates with management team in developing insights, strategies and roadmaps as they relate to supporting club, National Office and partner initiatives.
• Performs other related duties, tasks, requests and directives issued from management as required.
• Attendance is required as determined by department management.

Minimum Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, business, statistics or related field and three (3) to five (5) years relevant experience.
• Experience developing business intelligence roadmaps for stakeholders.
• Expertise with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, ThoughtSpot). 

Salary Range:

$56,000 - $65,000
