What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Administrator (Hybrid) position at AAA National?
Summary:
Provides operational assistance to commercial roadside programs and serves as the backup to the Account Executive. Responsible for the positive financial impact of programs on clubs and National Office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serves as a primary point of contact for management representatives of multiple OEM/B2B roadside assistance program (RAP) clients.
- Works directly with the RAP clients to resolve any complaints reported by the client through customer phone calls, social media and returned satisfaction surveys.
- Coordinates call center involvement with each program and conducts bi-monthly status meetings with call center operations associates.
- Develops innovative solutions to ensure the success of each RAP.
- Collaborates with National Member Relations to achieve successful resolution on all customer service related issues.
- Analyze, adjust (when necessary) and close-out service documentation data on select roadside cases to ensure proper compensation from clients and accurate reimbursements to clubs.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or working toward a degree.
- Minimum of (3) years experience.
- Experience in a business to business environment.
- Some travel may be required. <5%
