Overview:
Ensures Data Integrity through audits, policy review, and system testing. Build, audit, generate periodic reports for management regarding status of business line data, Systems, KPIs and marketing focuses. Maintains databases and reporting tools. Support of business line inclusion in Club projects. Identifies and assists in developing efficiencies in all Business Operations goals and processes for all business line departments and sales channels. Conducts all transactions utilizing Five Diamond Service.
Responsibilities:
Conducts analysis and audit of Travel data on a daily basis.
Reviews policies and procedures adherence and report inconsistencies.
Maintains Data Security configurations for Travel.
Identifies areas of process improvement for efficiencies and accuracy.
Provides sales support through assigned processes.
Utilizes Club Five Diamond Service Standards to establish effective working relationships with branch office, coworkers, and business partners.
For Sales Support:
Supports the Travel Sales team via multiple processes developed within Business Operations according to timelines and criteria determined.
Builds and maintains Advisor user accounts in Provider systems.
Audits data policies and procedures to ensure they are followed in the creation and management of bookings.
Follows processes to adjust incorrect data.
Utilizes data integrity concepts and conducts audits to determine data in electronic databases is reliable.
Generates periodic reports for management as assigned.
Performs business operations data tracking.
For Air & Sales Support:
Tracks and conducts analysis of system Air data interfaces, data consistency, and accuracy.
Follows processes to adjust incorrect data.
Utilizes data integrity concepts and conducts audits to determine data in electronic databases is reliable.
Communicates with Advisors of data inconsistencies and resolutions.
Audits Air data policies and procedures to ensure they are followed in the creation and management of bookings.
Liaison with Travel Management and the Training team of Advisor’s with training needs.
Supports the Travel Sales team via multiple processes developed within Business Operations according to timelines and criteria determined.
Builds and maintains Advisor user accounts in Provider systems.
Generates periodic reports for management as assigned.
Performs business operations data tracking.
For Technology:
Monitors systems activity daily.
Performs root cause analysis for all Travel systems issues.
Facilitates proactive communications with Travel Management and users of system status and resolutions.
Tracks and conducts analysis of system data interfaces, data consistency, and accuracy.
Works with the Travel Supervisor - Technology to identify functionality inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement.
Works with the Travel Supervisor - Technology to research new system possibilities to enhance automation and efficiencies.
Works with the Travel Supervisor - Technology in the development and maintenance of Qualtrics surveys.
Works with the Travel Supervisor - Technology in the build and maintenance of Access Databases.
Responsible for the user and branch account builds and maintenance for all internal Travel Systems.
For Data Architecture/Security and Budget:
Monitor data warehouse load activity daily.
Perform root cause analysis for data issues.
Proactive communications with Travel Management and IT of data status and resolutions.
Work with the Manager of Business Operations in the development of Travel’s data structure and serve as a subject matter expert of Travels data structure.
Work with the Manager of Business Operations in the development, deployment, and audits of compliance for Travel’s data security policies.
Development and administration of staff incentive plans managed by Travel.
Build and maintenance of Access Databases.
Budget analysis support.
Marketing Incentives support.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:Education/Licenses/ Certifications:
High School diploma or GED required.
Microsoft Access and SQL understanding preferred.
Must develop familiarity with applicable industry specific software products (i.e. but not limited to: Globalware, TST, Qualtrics, Softrip, etc.)
Experience:
A minimum of two years’ experience working in a service environment required.
Project management experience strongly preferred.
