Position Objective:
The District Sales Manager maintains and develops existing customer base, prospects and adds new customers while continuing to drive growth, introduce new products and sell value added services.
Key Accountabilities:
- Direct communication with Customers regarding Sales, existing orders, bids and follow up activities.
- Meet with Customers to discuss new products and provide presentations.
- Conduct surveys and audits of Customers systems and filters that are currently being used to come up with a correct recommendation, then put together a quote from survey and audits.
- Conduct customer visits, customer lunch and learns, webinars and virtual meetings.
- Communicate with Sensor 360 customers about issues, inventory needs and renewal .
- Review QlikView (QLKV) and compare monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target to actual sales.
- Manage SalesForce to add part numbers to existing contract and updating prices, adding/deleting contacts for Customer Accounts, logging calls, creating/editing opportunities.
- Working with Clean Air Center (CAC) and fore market to discover solutions for customers and communicating it back to customers.
- Work with Application Engineers to get correct product to end users.
- Collaborate with Customer Service on lead times, cost quotes, issues in Qualifying Value (QV) end of month review.
- Work with Credit Department to get orders off credit hold.
- Work with Costing Department to set up pricing in SalesForce.
- Communicate with Branch Managers on open orders, open quotes and inventory supply.
- Communicate with Distribution Managers to coordinate quotes.
- Communicate with National Sales team about special pricing and other customer updates.
- Fill out discrepancy reports on customer orders.
- Review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure goals will be met.
- Complete SuccessFactors assigned training.
- Complete Expense reports on time.
- Report car mileage into ARI Fleet.
- Research dormant account history and past purchases.
- Build a strong network through various social media outlets and Professional Organizations.
- Participate in networking with Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry groups.
- Participate in Trade Shows, locally, regionally and nationally.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (B.S) from four-year college or university preferred;
SAP and Sales Force experience preferred;
Minimum of 5 years of related experience;
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
