• Experience: You've spent 2-3 years in the HR trenches, ideally navigating the landscapes of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or distribution industries.
• Education: You've got a shiny bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a similar field of study.
• Certification: Sporting a SHRM-CP or PHR badge? That's the secret weapon we admire!
• Skills: Your superpowers include superb communication, a knack for finding answers to the most puzzling employee questions, and a can-do attitude that turns challenges into victories.
• Availability: Ready to leap into action in Romeoville, IL and commit your superhero talents to our team for the duration of this quest.

Your Heroic Deeds:

• Answer the call for help on compensation, benefits, leave, and more.
• Collaborate with fellow departments for seamless new employee onboarding and orientation missions.
• Maintain the fortress by overseeing HR functions like employee files, events, reporting, HRIS administration, and more.
• Prove yourself as an invaluable member of the HR alliance, ready to support team and business objectives with gusto.
