Description
Primarily responsible to serve as gate host to ensure all guests are welcome to the community and direct them accordingly.
Position Responsibilities:
- Welcome all those entering community with courtesy and respect to ensure a pleasant experience.
- Assist Members and Residents with entry gate operations.
- Give appropriate direction to visitors.
- Monitor delivery services and suspicious vehicles.
- Register visitors/vehicles as necessary.
- Complete all entry system documentation as required.
- Monitor gates for maintenance related issues.
- Patrol community (parking lot/garage, patrol interior and exterior areas as designated, etc.)
- Performs other related duties as directed.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and establish priorities.
- Ability to utilize computer programs for clocking in and out as well as basic email usage.
- Ability to interact and work positively and effectively with staff and residents at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively within the department as well as with other departments.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Sitting/standing at community access gate workstation, walking throughout community as needed for patrol inspections.

1 year: High school diploma or GED and one (1) year of full time, paid, professional experience working in a people facing customer service role. Must have a polished and professional appearance and attitude.
