Position Summary:
Greet and assist AAM customers and employees within the Corporate Office via telephone and in person meetings, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Position Responsibilities:
- Greet incoming visitors and facilitate their needs
- Manage the front reception area, greeting guests, announcing guest arrival to appropriate party
- Accept walk in homeowner payments
- Monitors pickups/deliveries
- Maintain conference room calendars
- Assign items received through the Admin Inbox to the correct employee
- Empty out exception folder by correcting and dropping items into ARI
- Perform monthly Audit task from Accounting
- Perform other related duties as directed

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Primarily sitting at work station utilizing a computer in an office setting.
Experience
Required- 2 year(s): High school diploma or GED and two (2) years experience working in a similar role (Receptionist, administrative support, customer service, hospitality, etc.). Experience working with multi-line phone systems and a high volume of calls. Polished and professional attitude and appearance. Pleasant, upbeat, energetic and positive personality.
