Our eCommerce division has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, detailed oriented Email Marketing Manager to support our growth in our direct-to-consumer channel. You will own the strategy and execution of email marketing campaigns to scale our fast growing direct to consumer channel.
You will join a high-performing digital marketing team, working together to create digital experiences that generate demand amongst Wrangler, truck, and vehicle enthusiasts.
What you will do:
- Conceptualize and execute email campaigns from start to finish while collaborating with the broader DTC team
- Constantly be a/b testing and optimizing new messaging, offers, email titles and content
- Drive optimization and growth of the overall email program, make recommendations and implement action plans to improve results
- Thorough knowledge of email best practices around deliverability, opt-ins, and list management, and be hyper aware of email marketing trends
- ROI focused with a proven track record in optimizing email KPIs across revenue generating campaigns and flows
- Collaborating with other eCommerce team members to drive a consistent omnichannel consumer experience
- Work cross-functionally to support the success of new product launches
Requirements:
- 4 Years’ experience with email marketing specifically using Klaviyo, Shopify, Canva, and Photoshop
- A creative mindset, exceptional project management skills, self-directed, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to craft copy that converts
- Comfortable performing in a very fast-paced environment and concurrently managing multiple projects/deadlines with a can-do attitude
- Very detailed-oriented and thoughtful about the work you produce and driven to make a positive impact in the day-to-day environment
- Strong written and verbal skills; ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence key business partners with a respectful, can-do attitude.
