Order Fulfillment Associate
Location: US (Onsite - St. Cloud, MN)
Requirements:
- Associates degree or minimum one year of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry
- Experience with UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, lending, commercial title/abstracting, and/or commercial banking preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with customers, vendors, and agencies
- Perform searches, document retrieval, preparation, execution, filings, and recordings
- Assist with order fulfillment and issue resolution
- Explain service offerings, procedures, and jurisdictional requirements
- Make informed decisions to meet client expectations
- Provide recommendations for improvement in customer satisfaction and efficiency
- Assist with training on products, jurisdictional requirements, and company databases
Benefits:

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Mortgage servicing: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Sartell, MN: Relocate before starting work (Required)
