Job Location:    Tulsa - Tulsa, OK
Position Type:    Full Time
Salary Range:    $17.00 - $21.00 Hourly
Job Shift:    Day

Job Summary:   A customer service representative, or CSR, will direct all applications or tech support calls and emails to an applications engineer or warranty service specialist (technician). Will be courteous and provide customer support to all customers, reps.   The two positions will support each other and provide back up where needed.

 

Essential Responsibilities/Activities:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using right methods/tools.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. 
  • Work closely with other CSRs to make sure all positions are covered when someone is absent.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and report weekly on appropriate data to the managers.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies in a polite and courteous manner.
  • Meet customer’s expectations.
  • Receive, Enter and track warranty parts orders.
  • Communicate parts order ship schedules and confirm delivery with customers.
  • Provide back up support within Customer Service Group as needed
  • Provide back up support for Sales Support Manager, e.g. order entry, and other duties as needed.

 

Equipment or Software Knowledge or Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft product. (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Minimum Requirements:

 

  • A minimum of a HS Diploma or associates degree desirable.
  • Customer oriented with the ability to adapt/respond to different personalities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

  • Communicate effectively in written and spoken form.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Exhibit good decision-making and analytical problem solving abilities.
  • Work effectively in a team environment.
  • Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.

 

Essential Physical Functions:

 

  • Sit or stand for up to 95 percent of work hours.
  • Periodic visits to the manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
