Role Overview:

As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring the seamless placement of candidates within our client companies. From sourcing and screening candidates to managing client relationships and facilitating the onboarding process, you will be involved in every step of the staffing process. Bilingual English/Spanish is a must for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with recruiters to source and identify qualified candidates for open positions
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing necessary logistics and support
• Manage candidate and client communication throughout the recruitment process
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation sessions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our database

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR coordination
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems)

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
