The Aaron's in East Asheville is looking to add a Go Getter with a Positive attitude to start a new lasting career with Our Company. This position receives training in all departments of the store with a focus on building the team member to run their own store. No Sales or Management experience required.
Position is Hourly plus Revenue Bonuses ranging from $125 to $400 per month if goals are reached
Additional Commission pay for lease agreements sold, if goals are hit.

Summary: The CAA/Manager Trainee is responsible for assisting all departments in day to day business, with the goal of advancement to manager level and beyond
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acquisition and Maintenance of Customers
- Protect Company assets
- Direct immediate contact with Customers who have not renewed their Lease agreement(s) both in the field and on the phone
- Act as a Customer counselor who resells the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments
- Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals
- Document all Customer appointments in the store computer system
- Maintain updated Customer information
- Perform responsibilities of the Manager when directed
- Safely operate company vehicle
- Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returned
- Complete and maintain vehicle maintenance sheet weekly and route sheets daily
- Setting weekly and monthly Personal sales goals and staging products
- Update the goal board daily
- Assist the Sales Team as needed
- Other tasks as assigned by management
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred Required Skills:
- Position routinely requires lifting, loading, and “dollying” merchandise 50-300 pounds
- Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Strong telephone etiquette
- Good organizational skills
- Professional groomed appearance
- Good driving skills
- Ability to work schedule of budgeted hours varying from 8AM to 9PM
- Satisfactory MVR (driving record), D.O.T. physical/certification in states that require it, drug screen, criminal background investigation with job performance reference check and required testing, a valid Driver’s License, and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
