Are you a dynamic individual with exceptional customer service skills? We're seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team as the first point of contact for our valued customers. This role entails a range of responsibilities, from answering phones and scheduling appointments to managing essential administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the friendly voice on the other end of the line, collecting customer information, scheduling appointments, and providing assistance with inquiries.
- Administrative Support: Utilize your organizational skills to handle light data entry tasks using QuickBooks, managing receipts, invoices, and other documents with precision.
- Project Management: Keep track of open claims, work orders, and projects, ensuring smooth coordination and timely completion.
- Communication: Maintain proactive communication with customers through reminder calls, review calls, and estimate status check-ins, ensuring their satisfaction every step of the way.
- Organizational Skills: Handle filing duties efficiently and assist in mapping tasks to optimize service schedules.
- Schedule: Wednesday through Friday from 10 AM to 6:30 PM, as well as weekends, Saturday & Sunday, from 9 AM to 5:30 PM, accommodating our customers' needs.

Qualifications:
- Friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fundamental knowledge of QuickBooks
- Valid driver's license and willingness to undertake occasional driving tasks
