Summary The Lease-to-Own Agent is responsible for explaining the lease application process and lease transaction, explaining the benefits of auto pay, and generating the lease agreement. This team member explains the value proposition of a lease-to-own transaction to customers and upholds the culture and standards of our Company. The Lease-to-Own Agent must constantly strive to meet all business goals and exceed customer expectations.   Duties and Responsibilities ·          Partner with the retail team members to deliver a seamless customer experience throughout the lease transaction process while delivering excellent customer service to foster business growth and high level of customer satisfaction ·          Work with customers in-store and over the phone to help determine their approved lease amount and close the agreement ·          Contact customers or potential customers to try to convert customers that have an approved lease amount or applicants who did not initiate an agreement after being approved ·          Complete quality control calls on all new lease agreements personally facilitated within 1 business day of the close ·          Ensure that accurate customer record(s) are entered and maintained in the Company's computer system(s) ·          Handle customer service opportunities and review such opportunities with the Lease-to-Own Leader in an effective manner ·          Confirm customer identification, collect applicable payments, and obtain customer signature on lease agreement ·          Achieve and maintain the highest level of compliance with applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and laws Education and Experience ·          High School diploma or equivalent ·          1 year of sales or customer service experience   Required Skills and Competencies                                                        Proven track record in achieving business goals Strong sales skills both on the showroom floor and over the phone High energy with the ability to effectively perform all sales functions Excellent interpersonal skills  Strong organizational skills Superior communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient computer skills Professional phone etiquette Uphold the Company’s brand and protect company assets Physical Requirements Position requires sitting, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods of time.    Total Rewards Our great benefits package includes: Medical, Dental, Vision Tuition Reimbursement Pay on Demand Options Basic Life and AD&D Employee Retirement Plan (401k) Employee Assistance Program Parental Leave Benefits Flexible Spending Accounts Health Savings Accounts Short-Term Disability Long-Term Disability Employee Stock Purchase Plan Paid Time Off including vacation days, sick days and holidays Financial Wellness Programs Physical Wellness Programs Discounts Matching Gifts Community Outreach Employee Business Resource Groups   Aaron's is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment, celebrates our team members' differences, and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
