What are the responsibilities and job description for the SSC-Customer Experience+ Lead position at Aaron's?
You will be responsible for outbound sales calls, processing enrollments, and some inbound customer service calls. You will also act as a mentor and resource to the Customer Care Associate team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Make a high volume of outbound customer service calls to customers to enroll them in the Aaron’s Club and EZPay programs
• Partner with our stores to ensure customers are sold the program the right way and have the correct payment schedule set up for Club.
• Partner with the stores to ensure customers’ EZPay schedule aligns with their pay date.
• Train new team members and lead ongoing training and improvement efforts
• Identify and recommend process improvements
• Enforce adherence to performance standards and company policies
• Lead weekly Team Meetings
• Lead daily team functions
Education/Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of sales/customer service experience
• Phone experience
Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
