Who you are:

Aarris Healthcare is looking to bring on an energetic and passionate recruiting assistant to support our growing team. The candidate will act as the initial point of contact for all applicants and represent the company. You will also play a significant role in shaping our company culture by recruiting individuals who embody our core values and mission.

Responsibilities:

• High volume, full-cycle recruiting for Homecare and Medical Staffing positions Identify clients’ needs
• Manage applicant flow and document applicants accurately in the company's ATS
• Develop a strong pipeline of candidates and nurture candidate relationships through effective communications and retention strategies
• Call applicants and referral sources to screen applicants and qualify leads
• Communicate effectively with employees for scheduling needs and client preferences/needs
• Assist with On-boarding, background checks, call references, ensuring all applications are complete
• Track and record placements and help keep personnel files up to date
• Stay abreast of all staff certification and credentialing requirements

Qualifications:

• 1 years of experience in recruiting (required)
• Previous experience in sales, office administration, HR, or other related fields
• Exceptional organizational skills required
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Computer literacy with experience using ATS/CRM
• Client-centered & customer service oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and be self-directed when needed
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Monday-Friday - 9:00am - 5:30pm
