What will you do in this role?
You will…
- Be responsible for driving next-generation data & analytics solution development using Azure Cloud.
- Define modern data warehouse project strategy, architecture, design, and processes.
- Lead the activities of the team to build modern, cloud optimized, data analytics solution that is scalable, robust, and extensible.
- Analyze problems and figure out the most suitable technical solutions.
- Maintain extensive documentation - user guide, process & data flow charts, ER diagrams and workflows using PowerPoint and MS Visio.
- Define standards and best practices for data ingestion, data cleansing, modeling, queries, and data quality.
- Lead day-to-day implementation work and escalate issues as they arise to management and provide status updates.
- Collaborate with other teams across the company as necessary to ensure user needs are met.
- Cross train team members to build additional capacity to support and enhance data warehouse and data integration processes
- Stay current on cloud tech trends and recommend products and services to meet business needs
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What will you need to bring to the table in order to be successful in this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Information System, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent suitable experience.
- Bachelor’s level degree in a related field plus 10 years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Stack (SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS), Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory & Pipelines, SSIS-Integration Runtime, Azure Data Lake, SSIS Add-On Solutions (KingswaySoft, Task Factory), and MS Master Data Services
- Must understand Power BI Desktop/Service and DAX
- Must understand Azure Analysis Services or SSAS Tabular Model
- Experience in end-to-end implementation of Data Warehouse projects
- Experience and knowledge on data integration with Salesforce
- Hands-on experience of T-SQL to write simple to complex queries, to create Views and Stored Procedures
- Excellent Project Management with ADO (Azure DevOps)
- Well-developed skills in prioritizing, organization, decision making, time management, and verbal/written communication skills
- Creativity and alternative thinking to develop new ideas for and answers to work-related problems.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning.
- The ability to generate ideas that create value and improve processes.

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
