Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description:

AB Business Group, Pittsburgh’s newest Energy Brokerage and Consulting Firm, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our growing team as an Assistant Sales Manager! As an Assistant Sales Manger, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth!

Duties:

• Develop meaningful rapport with customer(s) to encourage trust and loyalty via B2B relations
• Follow up on cold and warm leads
• Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
• Determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions by using problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Maintain customer information via electronic and physical documentation
• Set and meet goals and objectives approved by leadership

Experience/Skills:

• Motivational and negotiation skills
• Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing client data
• Satisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clients
• Mathematical skills
• Sales/B2B experience or the ability to upsell products/services is preferred***

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,521.41 - $50,004.28 per year
