What is ABA Interventions?

At ABA Interventions, we provide center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children with autism and their families. We work as a team to support our clients in gaining the skills they need to thrive and grow and reach their full potential. Every day will be different and challenging as you support your clients in learning how to communicate, engage in meaningful relationships, cooperate with others, and love learning.

As a team, we work together, solve problems together, and celebrate together. We are committed, collaborative, and we love to have fun!

What is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)?

As an RBT, you will provide 1:1 therapy for a small caseload of 4-6 clients, implementing a behavior plan and treatment programs with training and supervision from the client’s Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Sessions are 1-3 hours in length and include 1:1 instruction, play-based learning, breaks on our indoor sensory-gym, and small peer groups.

As an RBT, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring your clients have fun, engaging, high-quality sessions
  • Responding to challenging behaviors following the client’s behavior plan
  • Communicating concerns and questions to the client’s BCBA
  • Participating in treatment team meetings
  • Maintaining accurate data and session notes

Our RBTs are highly valued members of each client’s team. You will receive in-person training, support, and guidance from a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) weekly, and BCBAs are on-site and on-call to answer questions and support you on challenging days. We guarantee 40 hours a week at one rate, so that you can count on a predictable and stable income, and we are closed on weekends so that you can enjoy time to recharge and spend time with your family.
