We are looking for an HR administrator to help support the HR director and the HR team. The HR administrator will assist in all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, learning and development, clearance tracking, benefit administration assistance, payroll. and HRIS use and implementation

This role will include, but not be limited to assisting in recruiting excellent staff, maintaining a smooth onboarding process, assisting in training and coaching staff, carrying out necessary administrative duties, ability to create clear and concise reports, maintaining employee and workplace privacy, leading junior team members when necessary.
This is a temporary to possible permanent position.
Requirements
3 years or more experience in Human Resources department
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
Experience in onboarding and educating/training staff
Experience maintaining workplace privacy
Basic knowledge of HR laws. rules and regulations
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to maintain high degree of organization
Attention to detail
HRIS system use, Paylocity experience preferred
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to switch focus and move from task to task as required
Salary : $38,600 - $48,900
