About the Role:
Our Product Management team is looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for developing a positive customer experience, fostering relationships, and driving platform utilization. For this mid-level position, you will work alongside upper management to promote retention of customers and to drive an overall positive experience with the brand. As our product subject matter expert, you will be well-versed on the technical side of our platform, and you’ll provide our clients with insight and tips that will drive adoption.
What We’re Looking For:
- Outstanding client communication skills
- Experience working with healthcare or health insurance companies
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to quickly learn to use our platform
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Not required, but nice to have::
- Experience with data management or data analytics
- Background using JIRA or CRM tools
- Experience in client support or client management
