Production Supervisor - Manfacturer with the Food Industry
1st shift M-F 5:30am - 3:30pm
65K bonus
Ideal Candidate will possess:

Job Responsibilities:
Tracks key performance indicator (KPI’s) of the production team’s performance including safety, efficiency, waste, downtime, labor hours, and ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
Responsible for monitoring the total production process including continual monitoring of the total product flow, equipment, process methodology, mechanical repair work orders, on-the-job training of employees, writing and developing standard operating procedures (SOP), product quality, product yields and safety excellence.
Ability to look at the production floor with a 48-hour mindset, ensuring the next production day is set.
Knows and understands all equipment in the plant from staging, consuming, and processing materials and final assembly.
Complete understanding of product and process specifications
Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the processes
Continuously improve operations to maximize profit and minimize cost
