JOB DESCRIPTION:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Acting independently, produces complex and high impact business/financial analyses and decision support to increase sales productivity, and execute planning, and sales/financial performance assessment processes. Reviews various Sales data, and provides Division Sales management with current performance assessments, trend analyses, recommended success metrics and measurement processes, and proposals to improve efficiency and productivity of the sales force.
Accountability:
- Reviews sales objectives, analyzes data, understands sales process and business model, and develops and recommends solutions in the areas of territory alignment, sales reps efficiency/productivity, expense management, manpower planning.
- Reviews revenue data by geography, account, product, and rep, evaluates performance, highlights key issues, and recommends areas of focus for improvement to sales management; work with other sales functions, finance, and marketing to develop business solutions to key problems when necessary.
- Responsible for timely and accurate sales rep territory alignment within the system
- Reviews and makes recommendations to sales management in regards to commission allocation to reduce overpayments
- Analyzes and tracks the monthly scorecard metrics
- Administration of Plan Design.
- Incentive Plan Policy Administration (ie Exception Process Management).
- Calculation of Bonus Auditing.
- Incentive Compensation Reports (Monthly Financial Payout Projections).
- Presidents Club Calculations & Reports.
- Spiff Design & Approvals (Metrics, Modeling & Implications).
- Calculation / Eligibility for Spiffs.
- Monitors and approves manpower on a continuous basis to ensure departmental adherence to budgets and appropriateness of open positions.
- Analyzes and reports on sales and operational metrics associated with quarterly business programs and reviews
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING:
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
- 4 years’ experience in Finance or finance related field, sales operations or business analyst equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years in the Healthcare industry.
- Seasoned judgment acquired through organizational experience in sales metrics analyses, business planning, working with sales senior management.
- Documented record of delivering reporting/business information that adds value to management's decision making process.
- Comprehensive verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Thorough working knowledge of frequently used personal computer programs and applications, such as, Microsoft Office.
- Preferred experience with PowerBI and PowerApps
