We are seeking an Appointment Setter to join our team!

You will be responsible for scheduling potential clients by assessing their interest and getting them excited for their new remodel project. This position pays hourly plus commission.
This position has multiple shifts available, and must be able to work 8am-5pm for 1 week of training.
Responsibilities:
Handle in-bound & out-bound lead flow, follow-ups, text and email outreach.
Develop new sales opportunities by scheduling appointments through outbound calling.
Learn to overcome objections; ask for an appointment.
Provide information about the projects and assess the clients needs.
Document and update customer records based on interactions.
Call and schedule warm and hot leads.
Job Requirements:
Perform outbound call campaigns from leads provided.
Ensuring that call center policies and procedures are followed.
Answer inbound calls from existing and potential customers.
Expect professionalism and reliability from call center employees.
Meet and exceed daily outbound call quotas.
Ensure that the call center goals are met.
Giving excellent customer service and engaging with each prospect.
Follow scripting to ensure that all call expectations are met.
Transferring calls to other departments if a customer.
Participate in meetings, ongoing training sessions and weekly coaching.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of inside sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
Strong phone presence and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment required.
Work hard-play hard mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Strong listening and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Superior communication and customer service skills.
Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

High School Diploma or GED required
