Looking for a nanny to start: ASAP!

$25 to $28 per hour PAID Vacation, PAID Holidays & PAID Personal Days

Monday to Friday: 1:30pm to 6:30pm

Siblings looking for someone creative to join in their fun adventures! This Mt. Airy family is looking for an education focused nanny to help care for their two children. The eldest sister can be shy at first while her brother is a loving social butterfly.

7 year old girl: She can be initially shy but very outgoing once she gets to know you. She will be guarded and cautious but is very aware and perceptive. She relates better with her peers but is very intelligent and insightful. She is currently in the 2nd grade and does well academically. She is making the high honor roll. She enjoys school and reading in general. She is driven to school. She loves to eat Kraft elbow mac and cheese but beyond that, she likes spaghetti, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, chicken nuggets and pineapples, and most things vanilla (ie. deserts). She packs her own lunch. No allergies or food restrictions. She takes a daily Flintstone vitamin and cod liver oil. No other medical or behavioral concerns.

6 year old boy: He is very outgoing! He usually responds well to new people and can relate to adults and peers equally. He is athletic and imaginative, with lots of energy to burn! He is currently in the 1st grade and doing well academically. He enjoys school and loves learning. He is also driven to class. He loves to eat pizza, hotdogs, hamburgers, pasta, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, pretzels, and most things chocolate! He takes a packed lunch for school. Other than pizza, he generally dislikes things with added cheese to it. No food allergies or restrictions, although he is a pickier eater. No medical or behavioral concerns.

Schedule: The family would like the nanny to start as soon as possible. Mom and Dad will be available for training. Mom and Dad would need the nanny to have schedule flexibility to stay later on an average of 2 times a month. Cash or Payroll. Mom works from home Monday to Friday, and Dad works from home three days a week. Occasionally, the family would like the nanny to be willing to stay overnight but it is not required. The nanny would need to have their own vehicle to transport to and from the home and run errands for the family. When they need the nanny to drive the children, they would prefer the family vehicle is used.

Wishes: The family would like someone to help their children with getting their school items packed for the next day, attending extracurricular activities, laundry, meal preparation, and errand running such as grocery shopping and restocking of household supplies. Their perfect nanny would also be organized and creative!

Requirements:
*Must be willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year of employment.
*Must have 3 solid childcare references that are able to be verified.
*Must be willing to submit to Drug Testing & Criminal background checks.
*Must have a driver's license and a good driving record.
*Must have a reliable vehicle for the position.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
