Recruiter

• Utilize various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events) to source and attract candidates.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
• Build relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to create a talent pool.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training schedules.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
• Act as a point of contact for new employees during their initial period at the company.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidates.
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on recruitment strategies and best practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Support other HR functions and special projects as needed.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 3 years of proven experience as a recruiter, with a track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Proficient with Google Drive and Google applications
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Able to work independently, and think of new ways to recruit talent
