Primary job responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following :
- Setup, configure and troubleshoot security camera and alarm equipment
- Escalate service tickets to integration partners
- Work with service and support coordinators to dispatch security technicians.
- Maintain security equipment inventory including warranty support
- Maintain strong documentation and service tickets
- Work with networking team to resolve internal communication issues
- Order security device hardware as required
- Knowledge of PC hardware
- Shipping and receiving of security devices
Requirements :
- Strong work ethic
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work after-hours as needed
- Willing to travel if the business needs require it
- Must be able to work with and collaborate with a team
- Basic understanding of network fundamentals
