Established in 1989, ABEC was restructured in 2020 to deliver innovative buildings efficiently and provide full integrated construction service. The company had a wide history of construction projects in various industries in the past, which now decided to take a different route focusing on specific types of buildings.
Job Description
- Study project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.)
- Prepare and review the shop drawing for construction projects
- Preparing site documents & all logs ( IR - MIR - ..etc.)
- Review subcontractors' shop drawings and design drawings as well as outsourced drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.
- Coordinate with the Surveying team to provide them with all the information about the land and any site measurement required
- Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical issues, and other problems that may arise during construction to the direct manager for discussion and provide proper solutions timely
- Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hands them over to the project consultant
- Prepare sub-contractors periodically, and Qs, invoices and compares them according to the project budget
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering
- Very Good English & Arabic
- From 2:4 years of experience in a related field experience.
- Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software (MS Office- Autocad -Revit – Navis work is preferred -Auto rebar or equivalent-cut optimization –Primavera is preferred)
