Customer Service Representative

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
-Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email, text and chat
-Facilitate solid and specific appointments for the sales team
-Work in a team environment to provide customers with a top level experience

• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
