Job Purpose Summary:
- The HR Director is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the Human Resource function across all companies.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop organizational strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resource objectives are in line with organizational objectives.
- Implement Human Resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO Compliance and labor relations.
- Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures organization's compliance.
- Fosters a work environment that promotes and increases employee morale.
- Recommends, evaluates and participates in staff development for the organization.
- Develops a robust recruiting procedure and other company staffing needs.
- Maintain open communication with all members of Executive Leadership team.
- Responsible for talent acquisition/recruitment across all companies
- Oversee all Human Resources department staff

Requirements
Required education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required. PHR Certification preferred
Required experience: 10 years’ experience in human resources department, 3 years’ experience in a HR leadership position, strong understanding of HR laws and compliance.
Proper Knowledge and Skills:
- Proper English and grammar, usage and spelling
- Software application related to the field
- General offices principles and practices
- Basic computer knowledge including email etiquette
- Professional phone and customer service demeanor
Physical requirements:
- Must be able to lift 20-50 lbs.
- Occasional to frequent walking, sitting, standing, driving
- Close eye work (computers, typing, reading, writing)
