Overview
Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a SCRUM Master supporting an Intelligence Community Customer.
The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Scrum is a methodology that allows a team to self-organize and make changes quickly, in accordance with agile principles. The scrum master manages the process for how information is exchanged.
Qualifications
Clearance Required: TS/SCI
Degree and Years of Experience: 2 to 5 years with BS/BA or 0 to 2 years with MS/MA/MBA or 8 to 10 years with no degree.
Prior experience on a scrum team
Experience managing information technology development projects.
Required Certifications:
- DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level II certification (i.e., Security CE)
Desired Certifications:
- PMP, Scrum Master, and/or Agile certification
- ITIL Foundations certification
Required Skills:
Demonstrated experience and in-depth understanding of Project Management practices.
Proven ability to use MS Project to manage projects.
Demonstrated experience in agile development and production environment.
