The correct candidate should have 2 years experience working with a cognitive disability and mental health.

This is a direct service (face-to-face) provided in home and community settings to assist individuals in acquiring, maintaining, and improving self-help, domestic, socialization, and adaptive skills necessary to reside successfully in home and community-based settings. Services consist of support in the general areas of self-care, communication, fine and gross motor skills, mobility, personal adjustment, relationship development, socialization, and use of community resources.

This is a subcontractor position. A 1099 will be provided to you for tax purposes.

There is no specific shift. The time will vary according to the activities of the individuals you serve.

Two years of experience in the field is required.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $18.00 /hour

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • MH/DS: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (Required)
