What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Assistant position at Ability Home Health?

Absolute Caregivers is a personal service agency servicing all of Indiana. We employee caregivers to work in patients homes- providing homemaker services and companionship. Our main office is looking for a Human Resource Assistant with recruiting, tracking applicants and new hires, interviews, onboarding, credentials and schedule new hires for orientation. Duties also include file management and backup receptionist desk. They will work under the Director of HR as a liaison with the clinical team to understand the open needs for caregivers and communicate applicant status. We are family woman owned business. We have a supportive team and there are many opportunities to grow on the HR team.

Monday - Friday 830-5 at our Zionsville location.

Requirements:

- Must have at least an Associates Degree

- 1 year Human Resource experience

-Have critical thinking skills

- Great communication skills and privacy

- Answering phones, taking messages, and returning phone calls

- Greeting applicants

- Performing clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, emailing

- Employment verification

- Setting up interviews

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
