All American Ford & Subaru is looking for a Service BDC Representative to join our family owned and operated high volume dealership. We are looking for a highly motivated, career driven individual to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Handling incoming calls and following up on customer visits in a prompt, professional and courteous manner
Responding to Internet Service Lead requests
Working directly with the service team and managers
Daily various duties include making and confirming service appointments
Communicate with service advisors and service manager
Following up with past customers
Must be willing and able to make a high volume of outbound calls each day.
Must have excellent communication skills
Comfortable with computers and technology systems
Must have the drive and desire to meet production goals and expectations
Notify necessary departments to inform of appointments set.
Forward customer's concerns to the Service Manager and follow-up.
