What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Tech Cleaner position at ABM - Boise?
Position Summary
Supports a building or a facility by performing floor maintenance on designated areas.
Essential Duties:
Must be able to do basic floor care tasks including sweeping, wiping, dusting, and mopping. Ability to perform experienced stripping and waxing, auto scrubbing, polishing, and buffing procedures. Other tasks to be done but not limited to:
- Providing customer service when needed.
- Carpet care including shampooing and extraction.
- Restroom scrubbing.
- Disinfecting.
- Trash/Recycling.
- Stone care knowledge.
- Detail cleaning.
- Pressure washing.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- 1-3 years previous floor care experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to read, write and speak in English.
- Reliable transportation and willing to drive if necessary.
- Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report screen.
- Ability to take direction from Lead/Supervisor.
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs.
- Ability to work in secure environments.
