- Supervise, and lead the daily activities of a team, with focus on continuous improvement.
- Monitor and coordinate (either directly or in partnership with building landlords) optimum performance of all existing building systems, including HVAC, backup power generators, UPS, electrical, critical equipment monitoring, elevators, security (access controls and camera surveillance), fire protection systems, and general building maintenance
- Coordinate and plan emergency preparedness training drills and instruction
- Implement environmental, safety and energy programs and support compliance with environmental control laws
- Conduct facility inspections to ensure adherence to contract specifications and industry standards; address inspection results and coordinate any repairs as necessary.
- Manage vendors including security resources, food/beverage, recycling/shredding, copy machines and other facility related services; ensure customer service and quality levels are maintained and cost control, contract compliance and schedule objectives are met.
- Coordinate building activities, maintenance and repairs via property management portal system and schedule and coordinate external contractors and vendors involved in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of building systems
- Plan, implement, or assist in the implementation of building and building systems modifications and improvements as required.
- Notify and coordinate company facility stakeholders and external local authorities such as police or fire services as required.

- Maintain all facilities related required records including maintenance contracts, inspection reports, insurance documents, and permits.
- Address inquiries related to facilities operational issues in a professional and timely manner; research and resolve issues identified.
- Utilization and maintenance of Corporate Real Estate software system.
- Coordinate building services, including janitorial, mail services, copy/print machine services, food services, mail/postal services, document shredding, records retention, garbage collection, window cleaning, and furniture repair.
- Provide front receptionist desk coverage in conjunction with the Mail Clerk.
- Special projects and other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, supervisory experience preferred.

- Knowledge of professional arboriculture, grounds and landscaping practices.
