Job Title: Sales and Service Representative
Salary: Up to $100k per year
Function: The Sales and Service Representative will liaise between office staff, installation crews, and customers to ensure clear communication of project details, accurate bid calculations, and timely invoicing. Occasional field service work is also required.
Position Requirements
- Understanding the operation of mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook
- valid driver’s license and adequate vehicle insurance
Primary Duties
- Evaluate Requests for Estimates and review blueprints
- Prepare cost analysis using ComputerEase and Wright Plan
- Coordinate with office staff on quotes and payment terms
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of estimates and revisions
- Communicate project details with staff and customers
- Prepare reports and maintain cost data
- Assist in scheduling contract and T&M jobs
- Install and service equipment as needed
- Manage projects and subcontractors
- Perform dryer service work during harvest
Working Conditions
- Travel and overnight stays may be required
- Subject to weather conditions when at job sites
- Office-based work, driving, and on-site visits
Physical Requirements
- Frequent computer and phone use
- Ability to climb and maintain balance on structures
- Frequent driving
