Psychology Assistant
ABS Kids is looking for a Psychology Assistant to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. As the Psychology Assistant you will support the Utah Psychologists with clinical processes.
Our Administrative Support team members play a vital role in advancing our mission to make a difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. Every team member at ABS Kids is passionate about providing best in class support to our direct care providers, who in turn deliver the highest quality ABA therapy to our patients.
What would you do?
- Create and manage patient accounts
- Send and track completion of online/in person questionnaires and upload completed questionnaires and alert clinicians when ready
- Assist in managing assessment equipment needs
- Schedule appointments
- Take messages, support email communication when needed
- Support assessments through direct administration and data entry
- Organizes report documents and ensures upload and distribution of reports in a timely manner
- Provides Spanish translation when needed
- Provide patient and family support
- Other tasks as assigned
