Supervisor Custodial/Janitorial
TWIC and OSHA required
Primary Duties:
- Responsible for supervising custodial staff
- Responsible for timekeeping procedures
- Perform daily custodial duties
- Provide safety training
- Must pass background check
- Must pass MVR check
- Experience:
1 year of experience including 1 year at a supervisory level.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to operate cleaning machines and equipment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience, tact, and respect.
Exceptional detail and follow-up skills.
Able to effectively establish priorities and meet deadlines.
Multi-task oriented.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift.
- Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis.
- Employee must be available to work various shifts, weekends and/or holidays as business demands.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
