We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
Conduct warm calling to potential customers to introduce our products and services
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities
Conduct outbound calling campaigns to target specific market segments
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements:
Strong follow up skills - Proven experience in technical sales or a related field
Strong ability to communicate effectively and persuasively
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
Experience with outbound calling and warm calling techniques
