School Principal

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced School Principal to lead our educational institution. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee all aspects of school operations, including academic programs, staff management, and student discipline.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the school's educational offerings and overall performance.

- Manage budgeting and financial planning to ensure the efficient use of resources.

- Lead fundraising efforts to support school programs and initiatives. Will need to have grant writing capabilities.

- Conduct regular classroom observations to assess teaching effectiveness and student engagement.

- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

- Represent the school in public forums, engaging with parents, students, and the broader community.- Implement policies and procedures in compliance with educational regulations.

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in education administration, preferably as a Principal or Vice Principal.

- Strong background in classroom instruction and curriculum development.

- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively.

- Excellent public speaking skills with experience in addressing diverse audiences.

- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and organizational management.

- Experience working with students at various grade levels.

- Senior leadership experience within an educational setting is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
