Job Description: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field of study required Work Experiences: 7 years of experience in personalization, email marketing, web design, project management or production management Experience managing multiple web and design projects and vendor partners Prior Omnichannel experience preferred Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both internal and external Analytical, with strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills Self-motivated, with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Ability to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines within a high volume, fast-paced environment Strong Microsoft Office program experience, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Visio Strategic thinker Proficient in the use of Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS or similar software Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties Responsibilities: Partner across departments within Academy Sports Outdoors and external suppliers to ensure Omnichannel design assets are developed and delivered with quality, value, and on-time Energize and lead both the internal team and external design resources from idea phase to commercialization Ensure each stakeholder understands his/her role and responsibilities throughout the creative process Regularly review the status of projects with appropriate leadership to verify that Company expectations are met Develop strategy and multi-year plan personalization on Academy.com and for site ops team Manage and hire team to lead and drive personalization on site Partner across teams on personalization experience both on site and through marketing campaigns, to ensure a cohesive vision, look, and feel.
