Here's what you'd do:
- Deburr, clean, or heat treat issues and stock parts.
- Participate in planning work and resolving problems within the Cell using team skills.
- Inspect all work performed, detect unusual conditions, defective materials, and deviating parts, and recognize errors in blueprints and operation sheets.
- Positively contribute to the teamwork environment regarding productivity, cooperation, data collection, and attitude.
- Needed to support production in other areas within the Machine Shop.
- Use judgment to plan, perform and make decisions to support production goals within the cell.
Here's what you'll get:
Pay: $29.37/hr.
Hours: 40hr/week/ 2nd Shift
Length: Temporary (12 Months)
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a machine shop as an operator, machinist, or deburr technician
- Minimum of 6 months experience in setting up and running Lathe / Mills
Job Type: Full-time
