Acara Solutions is looking for an Desktop Systems Spec 2 for our Client located in Austin, TX
- Build PC's for new hires
- Resolve Incident and Service requests based on handover training and documentation
- Site infrastructure maintenance: Routers, Switches, Firewall, Wifi access points
- Smartphone MGT: add, delete, change
- Documentation
- Zoom conference room maintenance
Pay and Benefits:
- The Salary for this position is $ 24.36 per hour (Max Pay rate).
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as Desktop Systems Spec to support a site of 100 users
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Understanding the IT issues and explaining the IT update/fix.
- ServiceNOW IT ticket application.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $24.36 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- On call
